Chapter 01 · The beginning

It all began with a simple idea: to welcome people well.

At Tahadart, our on-site butchery is part of a kitchen where the selection of meat, its preparation and craftsmanship play an essential role. Before the embers, there is the care taken at every step.

Fire brings out the flavours.

For generations, fire has been part of the soul of Tahadart: the embers of the grill, the wood-fired oven where the bread turns golden. The pleasure begins there and carries on around the table.

The restaurant is open every day, 9 am – 1 am. Depending on the season and the day's deliveries, not every dish is served every day.
